As "hardware controllers" we develop components that provide a
comfortable interface between machines and users. The main focus is on temperature monitoring and control
of plastic welding machines for the processing and control of plastic manufacturing
(pipes and plates) and industrial ovens for manufacturers of machines and goods. Existing
control equipment with analogous display (PID control, e.g.) can be attached to a PC
monitoring application (standard Windows & Linux platform, .NET and WEB-based).
Also very interesting is the integration of generator-sets for electrical
emergency power or as continuous mini-power-plants for electrical and heating power in such
a solar-thermal infrastructure. It is taken for granted that, besides the solar-thermal
processes, the entire temperature control of the complete system and its monitoring is
provided by micro-controlled equipment with adaptive reporting facility.

Custom equipment for machines and industrial ovens are a substantial part of our efforts in the construction/control software area specifically fit to our
customers' needs and purposes.
 We provide strong experience in both, the
analog and the digital world. For control circuits and interfaces, which are no more available on the market or can't be built anymore due to the lack of end-of-life components,
such as semiconductors, printed circuit boards, we develop new and re-engineered circuitries and PCB that fit into the existing environment.

Featuring (re-)synchronisation of generator with grid power (upon return of grid power and/or before switching to grid/emergency power). Monitoring equipment to check electrical parameters and
power factor (compensation).
Illumination with LED-Technology: Extensions for electronic dimmers, such as Marmitek X-10 dimmer devices, for LEDs; conversion to pulse-width modulation (PWM) through low-voltage power interfaces.
For RTTY Radio Amateurs: New clock generator is available for TeKaDe 200 and 220 Teletypes for "Amateur" Baud Rates, such as 45.45 Bd (PCB: 19.05 X 23.05 mm˛).
Mixer Board Service: Namely for AMEK boards and (other) Neve-originated products, including microphone, I provide services for repairing components and PCBs and modding (using - as much as possible - genuine parts) for ("analog") Audio studios.
